WELCOME!
Here you will find all you need to know about the on goings in Mrs. Fallert's classroom.
I am currently entering my seventeenth year of teaching. I am certified in English, Public Speaking, and Drama. I earned my undergraduate degree from Missouri State University in 1998 in Communications Management Public Relations. After working for a year and a half in radio, I went back to school to earn my teaching certificate and began my career in education in 2000 at Rockwood Summit High School. I earned my Masters in 2005 from Missouri Baptist University in Curriculum and Instruction. In January of 2016 I began pursuing my Doctorate in Educational Leadership. I have been working at Jefferson since 2010. Professional I am the 6-12 English Department Chair, Professional Development Committee Chairperson, and the MSTA Negotiations Representative.
My family lives in the R-7 school district. Both my husband Derrick and I are R-7 alumni who then went on to graduate from Crystal City High School. We have two amazing identical, red headed 7 year old boys, who are in Mrs. Hoffman's 2nd grade class, a very yellow lab, Ruger, and a very hyper Vizsla, Gus. They keep us busy and crazy all at that same time. My husband is a union carpenter superintendent for a company in St. Louis.
